Our first outdoor/sportsman's show was in March of 2010...  55 exhibitors joined us at Peck's beautiful Rainbow Banquet
facility in Altona, NY for a show that promoted a variety of outdoor sports & quality wildlife artisans.  North country outdoor
lovers who came that weekend agreed that we had a unique show at a great time of year.

So... we're back!  We've rented additional space to double the show, adding more quality exhibitors as well as seminars &
demonstrations.  Little things make a big difference... We've rented a beautiful facility, not an arena. We've hired staff to assist
with unloading and loading your vehicles.  There will be a wine tasting and hors d'oeuvre cocktail hour Saturday evening for
our exhibitors.  We advertise on the radio, in papers, online…

Peck's Rainbow Banquet Hall is a wonderful facility located in Altona.  We've rented the White AND Blue Rooms for our 2011
SPRING OUTDOORS show - even bigger & better than last year!  EXHIBITORS ARE ASKED TO RESPECT THIS BEAUTIFUL
FACILITY BY NOT PUTTING TACKS INTO THE WALLS AND BY PUTTING CARDBOARD, FELT OR CARPET PIECES
UNDER SHARP TABLE LEGS OR DESPLAYS.   ASK FOR HELP WHEN MOVING TABLES RATHER THAN SCRAPING
THEM ACROSS THE FLOOR - WE HAVE STAFF WHO ARE HAPPY TO HELP YOU!

There is ample (and free!) parking right outside the building - we encourage you to move your vehicles away from the entrance once
unloaded so that customers have room to navigate.

Please note: reservations are limited and accepted on a first come, first paid basis.
8' Tables $40 each  OR  6' tables $30 each  (placed in long rows)
10' x 10' Booth: $100 each  OR  6' x 11' Small Booth: $75
Booths will not include tables... add $12 for 6'tables or $15 per 8' table (or bring your own!)
We will not reserve your space until we've received payment, so book early!  (Especially if you would like to request a particular
location or electric).  No refunds will be issued once accepted by us as an exhibitor, and any exhibitor not set up by 9 a.m. on Saturday
morning will forfeit their tables.

Also note: we are looking for a particular feel for this show, so not all exhibitors will be accepted.  The focus is for outdoor lovers -
sporstman's items, Adirondack-style gifts for the outdoor/wildlife lover, seminars & demonstrations. We're looking for quality - the
Adirondack rustic feel... we don't wish to offend anyone, but we will be very choosy with our displays... it is not a craft show.

NEW FOR 2011:  there will be seminars for both adults and kids - details to be listed online Jan. 24th.  ***Since we're
working extremely hard at bringing the public in for a good show, we ask that NO ONE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
BEGINS PACKING UP BEFORE THE END OF SHOW HOURS!  Those who come to the show DURING ADVERTISED
SHOW HOURS - at the end of the day should see the same show as those who arrived at 10 a.m.  -  those who disregard
this request will not be asked back to our shows in the future as it gives our show a bad reputation.

Exhibitors are encouraged to send us their website addresses and pictures for our listings - it’s free advertising!  They will also be listed
in newspaper ads before the show.  We're working with a wide variety of advertising to make this show a success for all - inluding
online postings, radio spots & talk shows, magazine and newspaper articles, & posters everywhere!

Set-up time is from 3-8 p.m. on Friday and again at 6 a.m on Saturday.  Show hours: 9-6 on Saturday &  9-3 on Sunday.   There will be
complimentary coffee, orange juice, muffins/cinnamon buns for exhibitors each morning until the show begins, and Peck will also have
food and beverages available for purchase during show hours.

NEW:  Jeff and Suzie will be hosting a wine tasting/cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres after the show closes on
Saturday evening... a nice time to get to know the other exhibitors!

We always have overnight security!   AND we hire helpers for assistance with loading and unloading!
Admission is $4 - All paying attendees will have a random chance at several door prizes offered by our exhibitors - completely optional.  

Note to firearms dealers:  Remember: FFL and NY State Laws must be followed, especially regarding gun purchases requiring
background checks prior to purchase - a phone will be available to vendors to conduct these if they don't have cell phone service.  
Notices will be posted throughout the facility regarding background checks and gun safety.
